Camp Sanguinity provides an opportunity for children with cancer and blood disorders to attend a summer camp. League members assist with activities such as swimming, horseback riding, aerobics, team sports, nature study, and arts and crafts.

Educational First Steps

Food Bank of Greater Tarrant County, Inc.

The Tarrant Area Food Bank works to eliminate hunger in Tarrant County and 13 surrounding counties by providing food, education, and other resources to a network of partner agencies and their communities. JLFW volunteers provide vital assistance by working hands-on in the Community Kitchen and through the “Operation Frontline” project to provide nutritional education to pregnant and parenting girls.
